Amtrak service restored between Philadelphia and New York, delays expected

BALTIMORE -- All Amtrak services resumed Friday afternoon between Philadelphia and New York after being suspended earlier in the day, the railroad company said.

The suspension was enacted around 10:30 a.m. over "ongoing communication and server issues."

Residual delays should be expected.
