Are morning workouts better for weight loss?

A new study published in the research journal Obesity suggests working out between 7 and 9 a.m. may be better for you. The data found that people who do moderate to vigorous exercise in the morning had lower body mass indexes than people who exercised midday or in the evening. Dr. Sue Decotiis, a medical weight loss physician, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
